This is a whole rental Property renovated from a traditional Kyoto townhouse (Kyo-machiya) built in the early Showa period. The living room, with large windows facing the tsuboniwa (small garden), seamlessly connects to the wooden deck space of the outer veranda, creating a sense of unity between the inside and outside of the building. The Property features a bathroom facing the tsuboniwa on two sides, a kitchen for self-catering, a Japanese-style room, and two bedrooms each with a double bed. Enjoy a luxurious stay in a space where the inside and outside of the townhouse, tradition and modernity, blend together and elevate to new heights.

4. Depending on the usage of the Facility, we may request improvements in how it is used. If no improvement is observed, you may be asked to vacate the Property. Please note that refunds will not be provided in such cases.
