Our Accommodation offers a completely private stay. You will not have any contact or face-to-face interaction with other guests, so you can relax and enjoy your time with peace of mind. We also implement the following hygiene measures. Measures for staff 1. All staff have their temperature checked and their physical condition confirmed before starting work. 2. Staff refrain from coming to work if they have symptoms such as fever or cough, loss of taste or smell, fatigue, or any other signs of illness. 3. We ensure thorough reporting and information sharing if there is a suspected infection among family members or others with whom staff have frequent close contact. 4. All staff wear masks while commuting and during work, and sanitize their hands as appropriate. 5. During check-in procedures, staff always sanitize their hands, and we ask guests to sanitize their hands upon entering the Room. The same applies after handling cash or similar exchanges. Measures at the Facility 1. Alcohol-based disinfection is thoroughly carried out during regular indoor cleaning. 2. We further reinforce alcohol-based disinfection focusing on frequently touched areas within the Facility such as Room doorknobs and handles, remote controls, switches, etc. 3. Disinfectant for guest use and air purifiers are provided in the Facility, and we use disposable slippers and other single-use amenities. 4. The Facility is regularly ventilated by exchanging indoor air. 5. Cleaning during your stay depends on the length of stay and Plan; however, upon request we will provide cleaning only to the extent necessary.
