Open the large windows to reveal a living room adorned with a rain shower-inspired art piece descending from above. This suite features an outdoor living space for your enjoyment. Savor breathtaking views in a chic and sophisticated atmosphere. Equipped with Bluetooth audio, it's perfect for a relaxing afternoon. *This Plan includes access to the private rooftop sauna. Please bring your swimwear. *The large pool is exclusive to other Rooms and cannot be used by guests of this Room. *As of September 2021, additional glass doors have been installed on the ocean-facing side of the outdoor living area, ensuring comfort even at night. *A door separates the bedroom, which is equipped with air conditioning for effective heating—rest assured you'll stay warm and cozy during your stay.

At your feet, you'll find a small pool (approximately 10cm deep) perfect for cooling off on hot days. This suite features an outdoor living area for a chic and sophisticated experience. *Please note that direct access to the beach in front of the property is not available. We can guide you to nearby swimming beaches.* Enjoy breathtaking views in an elegant and stylish setting. *The large pool is exclusive to another room and cannot be used with this suite. Beach access is also unavailable.* *For commercial photography, prior consultation is required, and additional fees will apply.*

About Payment
For "Online Credit Card Payment," an "authentication process" will be conducted at the time of reservation on this site. Receipts can be issued by yourself within the IKYU.com website.
Notice
BBQ usage hours are from 4:00 PM to 7:30 PM. In case of bad weather, the use of the rooftop will be suspended. In such cases, you will need to cook in the Room. Even if the weather improves afterward, the rooftop may not be reopened due to its condition. We kindly ask for your understanding in this matter. (From July 2022, if you do not wish to cook in the Room, it is possible to cancel the ingredients at check-in. In this case, even if the weather improves, the rooftop will not be reopened. Thank you for your understanding.) The mini pool is not heated and contains only water. The large pool is exclusive to another Room and cannot be used. The Room is equipped with two double beds, accommodating up to four people if two people share each bed. There are no extra beds available. This Room is recommended for two people. Please note in advance that there are not four beds available when reserving for four people.
THE HOUSE Koajiro is limited to three groups per day. Please note that the property will be shared by up to three groups. As each Room has different features, please check the available Facility and amenities for your Room before making a Reservation. If you wish to book the entire property exclusively, you must make separate Reservations for all Rooms. The poolside sauna in the Pool and Cave Suite, as well as the sauna in the Roof TOP LOUNGE (available depending on your Plan), have been removed and are not available.
