Around 1917 (Taisho 6), the Nakamura Residence, known as the "Oka-do Nakamura Residence," was built as a villa for the owner of a theater in Osaka's Dotonbori. In August 2012 (Heisei 24), it was registered as a National Tangible Cultural Property, including its front gate and storehouse. After World War II, the building and garden fell into disrepair, but over the course of 50 years, numerous repairs and restorations were carried out. From 2008 (Heisei 20) onwards, experts in traditional architecture were commissioned to conduct building surveys and preservation repair work, which was completed in March 2014 (Heisei 26). Additionally, a dining kitchen, bedroom with beds, and a bathroom equipped with the latest Facility were added, enhancing its appeal as a modern architectural space.

　・Take the Kintetsu Line from Kyoto Station to Tambabashi Station, transfer to the Keihan Line, and reach Iwashimizu-Hachimangu Station in 31 minutes.
　・Take the JR Nara Line from Kyoto Station to Tofukuji Station, transfer to the Keihan Line, and reach Iwashimizu-Hachimangu Station in 33 minutes.
　・Take the JR Tokaido Main Line from Kyoto Station to Yamazaki Station in 14 minutes, then take a taxi for 12 minutes.

(2) If using the Keihan Line from the Kyoto area:
　　Take the Keihan Main Line from Gion-Shijo Station to Iwashimizu-Hachimangu Station in 24 minutes.

(3) If using the Keihan Line from the Osaka area:
　　Take the Keihan Main Line from Yodoyabashi Station to Iwashimizu-Hachimangu Station in 40 minutes.

(4) If traveling by car:
　　8 minutes from the Meishin Expressway Oyamazaki IC.

　　From Osaka Itami Airport, take the Osaka Monorail to the final stop, Kadoma-shi Station, in 36 minutes, then transfer to the Keihan Line and reach Iwashimizu-Hachimangu Station in 40 minutes.
