■Alcohol hand sanitizer stations Hand sanitizer is available at the entrance of Washi-nary (specialty washi paper shop) and at the front counter of NIPPONIA Mino Shoka-machi. ■Infection prevention measures at the front counter A protective sheet is installed at the check-in counter to help prevent infection. We also regularly wipe down and clean surfaces using alcohol disinfectant. ■Infection prevention measures during cleaning Our cleaning staff ventilate rooms, clean while wearing gloves and masks, and disinfect door handles, handrails, and other high-touch areas. ■Staff wear masks when assisting guests Our staff wear masks when serving guests. ■Smart check-in While we normally escort guests into their Room and provide guidance there, we will instead provide necessary information in the spacious area around the front counter and escort you to the front of your Room. ■Breakfast served safely in a private room Breakfast can be enjoyed in your guest Room by each group staying together. ■Contactless checkout (unmanned) Please leave your Room key inside your Room. You may depart at your preferred time by 10:00 for a contactless checkout experience. Due to the structure of NIPPONIA Mino Shoka-machi, shared spaces between guests are limited to outdoor walkways only, ensuring a fully private environment. In addition, with only 10 Rooms available, this is not an Accommodation where large numbers of guests come and go. As such, situations involving “closed spaces,” “crowded places,” and “close-contact settings” are unlikely to occur all at once.
