【Cancellation Fee During Typhoons】
●If your outbound flight is canceled
In accordance with the rules of each airline, travel agency, etc., the Cancellation Fee will be fully waived.

●If your schedule is changed due to an approaching typhoon
If a clear impact is expected—such as entering the storm zone or a possibility that your return flight may be canceled—no Cancellation Fee will apply for the dates you change.
In addition, if a large typhoon is approaching, we may ask you to change your dates for your safety.

●Extending your stay during a typhoon
As long as rooms are available, we can accept extensions at a special discounted rate.

●Operations during a typhoon
Depending on the scale of the typhoon, if we determine that it is difficult to operate due to power outages or damage to the building or other disaster-related issues, we may close even if you have a Reservation.
Please note that even in such cases, we cannot provide alternative accommodations or compensation.
*After 19:00 there will be no staff on site; if you do not contact us in advance, you may not be able to check in.
*If you will arrive after the check-in time requested at the time of application, please be sure to contact us.
