【Cancellation Fee During Typhoons】
●If your outbound flight is canceled
In accordance with the rules of each airline, travel agency, etc., the Cancellation Fee will be fully waived.

●If your schedule is changed due to an approaching typhoon
If a clear impact is expected—such as entering the storm zone or a possibility that your return flight may be canceled—no Cancellation Fee will apply for the dates being changed.
In the case of a large typhoon, we may also request that you change your dates for your safety.

●Extending your stay during a typhoon
As long as rooms are available, we can accept extensions at a special discounted rate.

●Operations during a typhoon
Depending on the scale of the typhoon, if we determine that it is difficult to operate due to disasters such as power outages or damage to buildings, we may close even if you have a Reservation.
Please note that even in such cases, we cannot provide alternative accommodations or compensation in advance.
