●Extending your stay during a typhoon
As long as rooms are available, we can accept extensions at a special discounted rate.

●Operations during a typhoon
Depending on the scale of the typhoon, if we determine that it is difficult to operate due to disasters such as power outages or damage to buildings, we may close even if you have a Reservation.
Please note that even in such cases, we cannot provide alternative accommodations or compensation in advance.
