If you experience symptoms such as fever, cough, chills, fatigue, or loss of smell: In such cases, to prevent the spread of infection to other guests, we may refuse your Reservation or stay. [Requests for Guests to Prevent Infections] - Please sanitize your hands upon entering the Property. - Temperature checks will be conducted during check-in. We kindly ask for your cooperation. - Upon arrival, we will inquire about your health condition and travel history. Your cooperation is appreciated. - During your stay, please assist in ventilating your guest room. - The use of on-site Facilities may be subject to temporary closures, changes in operating hours, or adjustments in service formats. - Please wear a mask when leaving your guest room. - For guests with a Multiple Night Stay: During this period, we are not conducting room cleaning. (Towels and amenities will be provided in advance.) - If you feel unwell, please contact the front desk immediately. - Guests with a fever or feeling unwell are kindly requested to refrain from visiting the Property. [Measures for Employees] - Health checks upon reporting to work: Employees are required to check their temperature and sanitize their hands thoroughly. Employees with a fever of 37.5°C or higher or feeling unwell are asked to stay home until two days after their symptoms have fully recovered. - Increased alcohol sanitizers in back areas: Alcohol sanitizers have been added to ensure hand sanitization after entering offices or using restrooms. - Management system for unwell employees: We have introduced guidelines for actions during illness and a system to monitor employees' health conditions. - Restriction on non-essential outings and gatherings: Employees are prohibited from non-essential business trips, overseas travel, and are advised to refrain from attending gatherings, events with large crowds, or workplace group meals and meetings.
