● The accommodation and check-in location are different.
As this is a private rental facility, staff do not reside on-site.
Please make sure to visit the designated check-in location before heading to the facility.
From June 2023, guests who wish to check in directly at the facility will be charged an additional option fee of 3,000 yen.

The pricing is set per facility; however, as we prepare beds and towels based on the number of guests, please select the correct number of people when making your reservation.
If there are changes in guest numbers after completing your reservation and after cancellation policies for each plan take effect, an additional fee of 4,000 yen per person will apply.
We do not provide extra towels for guests exceeding our accommodation capacity.
If you require additional towels for children sharing existing bedding, please inform us by the day before your stay.
One set (bath towel & face towel) can be provided for 300 yen each.
