There are four types of Rooms available, accommodating from a maximum of 4 guests to a maximum of 8 guests. Whether you're a couple, a group of friends, or a large group, staying in adjacent townhouses is also recommended. 3. The Property is adjacent to other buildings, and there are residents living in the surrounding area. We kindly ask for your special consideration during your stay.
4. Depending on the usage of the Facility, we may request improvements in how it is used. If no improvement is observed, we may have no choice but to ask you to vacate the Property. Please note that refunds will not be provided in such cases.
5. Details regarding the check-in process will be sent to you after you Complete the Reservation.
6. This Property is a licensed accommodation under the Ryokan Business Act. Amenities such as toothbrushes, cotton pads, and shampoos are provided, allowing you to enjoy a comfortable stay even for a single night.

Take the Karasuma Subway Line bound for Kokusaikaikan, get off at "Karasuma Oike" Station, transfer to the train bound for Rokujizo, and walk 3 minutes from Exit 2 of "Higashiyama" Station.

■ Access by bus from Kyoto Station ■
Take City Bus No. 5/86A/100/110/206 and walk 4 minutes from the "Higashiyama Sanjo" stop.

■ Access by taxi from Kyoto Station ■
Take a taxi from the Kyoto Station Central Exit taxi stand, approximately 4 km (about 20 minutes ride).
Instructions for the taxi driver: On Sanjo Street, go down the first bridge after Shirakawa, and enter the alley on the east side at the end.
