1. As this is a historic wooden building, the Facility is strictly non-smoking and open flames are prohibited.
2. As this is a private townhouse rental, staff are not on-site at all times. However, an emergency contact number is registered on a dedicated mobile phone. Please contact us in case of emergency and we will assist you promptly.
3. This Accommodation is a renovated traditional townhouse that was originally used as a private residence. There are neighboring buildings and local residents live nearby, so please be especially considerate during your stay.
4. Depending on usage conditions, we may request improvements in how the Facility is used. If no improvement is observed, we may have to ask you to leave without refund. Thank you for your understanding.
5. Details such as check-in instructions will be sent to you again after your Reservation.
6. This Accommodation is licensed under the Ryokan Business Act. Amenities such as toothbrushes, cotton pads, and shampoo are provided, so you can stay comfortably even for one night. (Please bring your own loungewear such as yukata/robes.)
7. All items and equipment in the Facility are available free of charge; however, some fittings and interior pieces use traditional or antique materials and may be fragile. Please handle with care.
8. If anything is damaged or malfunctions, please inform us immediately. Minor damage will be repaired at our expense; however, if we determine that the damage is significant and repair costs are substantial, you may be required to cover the actual costs regardless of intent or negligence.

Take Kyoto City Bus routes 86/100/106/110/206 and get off at “Kiyomizu-michi.” It is a 4-minute walk from the bus stop.

Take a taxi from the taxi stand at Kyoto Station (Central Exit). Approx. 3 km (about 12 minutes).
Directions for the driver: Proceed with Yasaka Pagoda on your right, then turn at the corner of HANA TOURO stay (a narrow backstreet with a gentle downhill slope and stairs).
