Please visit the "Information Desk" before checking into the accommodation.
Operating Hours: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM
The Information Desk is located inside Kyoto Avanti (next to Tully's Coffee), right in front of JR Kyoto Station Hachijo Exit.

2) Room Access Information
You can access your reserved Machiya from 3:00 PM onwards.
The entrance door lock code will be provided during check-in at the Information Desk.
*Check-out time is by 11:00 AM.

3) Parking Information
There is no parking available on-site. If needed, we can guide you to nearby coin-operated parking lots.

4) About Yukata (Japanese Robes)
Yukata are not provided; please bring your own if needed.
