The Room features an open design with views of the Japanese courtyard garden from various spots. Enjoy a relaxing bath while admiring the authentic Japanese garden. It includes both a traditional Japanese-style Room with futons and a Western-style Room with beds. A kitchen equipped with an IH stove allows you to enjoy cooking during your stay, and there is also a washing machine, making it ideal for long-term stays.

■Important Notes Regarding Your Stay■
1. As this is a historic wooden structure, the Facility is strictly non-smoking and no open flames are allowed.
2. Since this is a private townhouse, staff are not stationed on-site. However, an emergency contact number is registered on a dedicated mobile phone. Please rest assured that we will respond promptly in case of emergencies after you contact us.
3. For stays with 7 or more guests, please select the correct number of guests in the inquiry section. Additional charges will be communicated via email from the Facility.
4. Depending on the usage of the Facility, we may request improvements in how it is used. If no improvement is observed, you may be asked to vacate the premises. Please note that refunds will not be provided in such cases.
5. Details such as the check-in process will be sent to you after you Complete the Reservation.
6. This Property is a licensed accommodation under the Ryokan Business Act. Amenities such as toothbrushes, cotton pads, and shampoos are provided, allowing you to enjoy a comfortable stay even for one night. (Please bring your own Room wear such as yukata.)
7. All equipment and items within the Facility are available for free use. However, as traditional fittings and antique furniture are used as part of the interior, some items may be fragile. Please handle them with care.
8. In case of damage or malfunction, please report it to us. Minor damages will be repaired at our expense. However, if the damage is deemed significant and requires substantial repair costs, you may be asked to bear the actual cost, regardless of whether it was intentional or accidental.

Instructions for the taxi driver: Enter the street one block south of Shichijo Street (Shio Koji Street) on Higashi Oji Street heading west. You will see the Kensetsu Keizai Shimbunsha (KJC) building on the left. Proceed down the alley next to it, and the destination is on the right.
