3. This Property is a renovated townhouse that was originally used as a private residence. It is adjacent to other buildings, and there are residents living in the surrounding area. We kindly ask for your special consideration during your stay.
4. Depending on the usage of the Facility, we may request improvements in how it is used. If no improvement is observed, you may be asked to vacate the Property. Please note that refunds will not be provided in such cases.
5. Details regarding the check-in process will be sent to you after you Complete the Reservation.
6. This Property is a licensed accommodation under the Ryokan Business Act. Amenities such as toothbrushes, cotton pads, and shampoos are provided, allowing you to enjoy a comfortable stay even for a single night.

Take the Karasuma Subway Line bound for Kokusaikaikan, get off at "Karasuma Oike" Station, transfer to the train bound for Rokujizo, and walk 4 minutes from Exit 2 of "Higashiyama" Station.

Take City Bus No. 86A/206 and get off at "Chion-in" stop, then walk 4 minutes.

■ Access by Taxi from Kyoto Station ■
Take a taxi from the Kyoto Station (Central Exit) taxi stand, approximately 4 km (about 20 minutes ride).
Instructions for the taxi driver: Sanjo Street, go down Shirakawa, in front of the second bridge, corner house.
