■Important Notes for Your Stay■
1. As this is a historic wooden building, the Facility is strictly non-smoking and open flames are prohibited.
2. As this is a private machiya rental, staff are not on-site at all times; however, an emergency contact number is registered on a dedicated mobile phone. Please contact us in case of emergency and we will assist you promptly.
3. This Accommodation is a renovated machiya that was originally used as a private residence. There are neighboring buildings and local residents live nearby, so we kindly ask for your consideration during your stay.
4. Depending on usage conditions, we may request improvements in how the Facility is used. If no improvement is observed, you may be asked to leave without notice; please note that no refunds will be provided in such cases.
5. Details such as check-in instructions will be sent to you by us after your Reservation is made.
6. This Accommodation is licensed under the Ryokan Business Act (Japan). Amenities such as toothbrushes, cotton pads, and shampoo are provided, so you can stay with peace of mind even for one night.
7. All items and equipment in the Facility may be used free of charge; however, some furnishings and fittings are traditional or antique and may be fragile. Please handle them with care.
8. If anything is damaged or malfunctions, please inform us immediately. Minor damage will be repaired at our expense; however, if we determine that the damage is significant and repair costs are substantial, you may be required to cover the actual costs regardless of intent or negligence.*
