1. Due to the historical wooden architecture, the Facility is strictly non-smoking and no open flames are allowed.
2. As this is a private townhouse rental, staff are not stationed on-site; however, an emergency contact number is registered on a dedicated mobile phone for your use. Please rest assured that we will respond promptly in case of emergencies.
3. This Facility has been renovated from a traditional townhouse originally used as a private residence and is adjacent to other buildings with local residents living nearby. We kindly ask for your consideration during your stay.
4. Depending on how the Facility is used, we may request improvements in usage methods if necessary. In cases where no improvement is observed, you may be asked to vacate the premises without refund; thank you for your understanding in advance.
5. Details regarding check-in procedures will be provided after you Complete the Reservation with us.
6. This Accommodation operates under permission granted by the Ryokan Business Act and provides amenities such as toothbrushes, cotton pads, shampoos, etc., ensuring comfort even for short stays starting from one night.
7. All equipment within the Facility can be used free of charge; however, please note that some items are fragile due to their traditional or antique nature being part of interior decor—handle them with care.
8. Please report any damage or malfunction immediately upon discovery; minor damages will be repaired at our expense but significant damages requiring costly repairs may require reimbursement regardless of intent or negligence based on our assessment.
9. The Accommodation Tax must be paid in cash upon check-in day.
