This modern Japanese-style accommodation is a 120-year-old townhouse adorned with vibrant vermilion accents. The first floor features a spacious tatami living room overlooking a courtyard garden, while the second floor includes a Japanese-style room, a Western-style room with exposed historic beams, two toilets, and a bathroom where you can enjoy views of the courtyard garden. 3. This Facility is a renovated townhouse that was originally used as a private residence. As there are adjacent buildings and local residents living nearby, we kindly ask for your special consideration during your stay.
4. Depending on the usage of the Facility, we may request improvements in how it is used. If no improvement is observed, we may have no choice but to ask you to vacate the Property. Please note that refunds will not be provided in such cases.
5. Details regarding the check-in process will be sent to you after you Complete the Reservation.
6. This Property is a licensed accommodation under the Ryokan Business Act. Amenities such as toothbrushes, cotton pads, and shampoos are provided, allowing you to enjoy a comfortable stay even for a single night. (Please bring your own Room wear, such as yukata.)
7. All equipment and furnishings within the Facility are available for free use. However, as traditional fittings and antique furniture are used as part of the interior, some items may be fragile. Please handle them with care.
8. In the event of damage or malfunction, please report it to us immediately. Minor damages will be repaired at our expense. However, if the damage is deemed significant and requires substantial repair costs, you may be asked to bear the actual cost, regardless of whether it was intentional or accidental.

Take the Karasuma Subway Line bound for Kokusaikaikan, get off at "Karasuma Oike" Station, transfer to the Tozai Line bound for Uzumasa Tenjingawa, and walk 6 minutes from Exit 1 of "Nijojo-mae" Station.

■ Access by Bus from Kyoto Station ■
Take City Bus No. 101 or 9, and walk 5 minutes from the "Horikawa Oike" stop.

■ Access by Taxi from Kyoto Station ■
Take a taxi from the Kyoto Station (Central Exit) taxi stand, approximately 3.9 km (about 13 minutes ride).
Instructions for the taxi driver: Head south from the Horikawa Oike intersection, proceed about 100m east along Anekoji Street, and stop at the entrance of the alley on the south side.
