[Measures to Prevent COVID-19 Infection] 2021/7/1 We have discontinued cleaning with hypochlorous acid water and now use alcohol disinfectant for all cleaning. Circulators have been installed in each facility. At check-in, we provide paper towels to avoid the sharing of towels during your stay. 2020/7/29 - Following government requests, our accommodation does not accept reservations for groups of six or more people until further notice. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. - At check-in, all guests are required to fill out their name and address in the guestbook and undergo a temperature check at reception. During your stay, we kindly ask you to ensure proper ventilation and sanitize your hands regularly. - If you experience symptoms such as fever or cough before departure or suspect contact with an infected person or close contact with someone who may be infected, we kindly request that you refrain from staying at our accommodation. - On the day of arrival, if you feel unwell, please inform our staff immediately. If symptoms suggestive of infection are observed, we will contact public health authorities and follow their instructions accordingly. 2020/5/20 To prevent the spread of COVID-19, our accommodation has implemented the following measures for the health and safety of both guests and staff: - Disinfectants are available at the check-in center, where acrylic screens have also been installed at reception counters. - In addition to regular cleaning procedures in guest rooms, thorough ventilation is conducted after use. Surfaces such as sliding doors' handles made from wood or fusuma paper doors; light switches; tables; chairs; refrigerator interiors; doorknobs remote controls switches faucets room keys rental items etc., undergo disinfection using alcohol containing over 70%. Water areas floors continue being sanitized via hypochlorite solutions too Staff members wear masks while working maintain hygiene practices like handwashing gargling sanitizing themselves measure body temperatures pre-shift monitor overall conditions diligently ensuring utmost care prioritizing everyone’s wellbeing
