“Slow SPA,” located on the top floor of the Hotel, is a wellness space exclusively for staying guests. The infinity bath offers sweeping views of the open sky and sea, inviting you to step away from everyday bustle and spend calm, reflective time with yourself. The sauna was supervised by Daishi Matsuo—known as “Totonoé Oyakata”—from the sauna creative group TTNE. In this Finnish-style sauna with an automatic löyly system, soothing heat and steam envelop your body and lead you into deep refreshment. The adjoining cold bath is also carefully designed, with attention to both water temperature and depth. Alternating between hot and cold helps your body and mind gradually unwind. Take a deep breath while gazing out at Futaba’s sky and sea, and enjoy a special moment to reset yourself. *This Facility is exclusively for staying guests. As it is a mixed-gender Facility, swimwear must be worn at all times. Paid swimwear rentals are available, and sauna hats are also sold.*

In this calm, wood-warmed space, we offer a collection of around 2,000 books curated across six themes under the supervision of Mr. Yoshitaka Haba, CEO of BACH Ltd. and book director. Enjoy discovering a volume that gently resonates with who you are today. The adjoining café serves coffee and light meals to savor at your leisure alongside your book, and on weekends it also opens as an exclusive bar for guests staying at the Accommodation. “Futaba no Hondana” is a special space where reading and relaxation come together in harmony.

“The Local Grill UminoYamano” is a grill restaurant built on the concept of “tasting the land itself.” Centered on a grilling style that brings out the natural appeal of each ingredient, you can enjoy flavors unique to this region. For breakfast, we offer a buffet featuring salads made with local vegetables and a wide variety of Japanese and Western dishes. Gentle, health-conscious options inspired by Fukushima’s fermentation culture add color to the start of your day. For lunch, choose from an array of dishes including set meals showcasing local ingredients, seasonal plates, and lunch sets centered around main dishes—perfect for a casual meal between sightseeing or business appointments. For dinner, we serve course menus that let you savor blessings from both sea and mountains, including grilled dishes made with Joban-mono seafood and Fukushima-produced meats. This biotope lets you experience Futaba Town’s natural landscape as it was meant to be. Supervised by Takahide Kurosawa of Fukushima University, it is planted mainly with native local species, aiming to restore the ecosystem unique to this area. Through seasonal plants and the life of waterside creatures, you can witness nature in Futaba gradually coming back to life.
