    Everything—from the service and the Hotel’s interior design to the teppanyaki and even the smallest details in the guest room—was perfect.It was a truly moving and wonderful stay.

  • A quiet, exceptional adults-only accommodation

    Perhaps because it was before Golden Week and we visited during a season without fireworks, it was quiet and very comfortable. The in-Room bath with free-flowing hot spring water and the large public bath were both excellent, and the breakfast had plenty of variety—this has become an Accommodation I’d love to visit again. For my morning bath, I enjoyed a beer while leisurely looking out over Lake Toya; it was a truly luxurious time. As for service, perhaps because there are many international guests, we were suddenly spoken to in English, and there were quite a few moments where I felt the staff could use a bit more training—so I’m giving it a 4.
