Thank you for taking care of us on our family trip. Check-in while enjoying a welcome drink was a nice touch, and the Room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. There were two bathing options: a free open-air bath and a large public bath, and we could even see Mt. Fuji from the large public bath. Dinner was delicious across the board; although we were full by the end of the meal, the house specialty “Izu Mabushi” was light and refreshing, so we enjoyed it easily. Breakfast featured a variety of side dishes served in small portions on multiple small plates—beautifully presented, and every dish was tasty. The staff were also very pleasant and welcoming, which made our stay even better. We would love to come again. Thank you very much.
らんらんマロン 8/9/2026Although it was a weekday stay, it was very quiet and comfortable. First of all, the Room was exceptionally clean and functional, and I was completely satisfied. The semi-open-air bath had a spacious washing area, and the large ceramic tub allowed me to relax and soak in the Onsen at length. Having air conditioning in the washroom was also a welcome feature in summer. I was able to use the large public bath at my leisure as well, as it felt like having it all to myself. During my stay it was cloudy so I couldn’t see Mt. Fuji, but despite being located in a residential area, the view across the Kano River was wonderful.Dinner was carefully prepared dish by dish and truly delicious. The seared beef sushi finished with a burner by the chef—who had such a warm personality—was of course outstanding, but I was especially surprised by how exquisite the tomato simmered in wine on the side tasted. The summer-only sweetfish sashimi was my first time trying it in my life, and it too was delicious. The bluefin tuna sashimi melted instantly. The attendant who looked after us was cheerful and incredibly attentive. The message at breakfast the next morning also warmed my heart. Next time, I’d like to try the Shizuoka beef steak option. I was very satisfied with breakfast as well—the 15 side dishes and dried horse mackerel were excellent. In the lobby lounge we could relax with coffee and cold drinks; being able to take coffee back to our Room is also a nice touch. The staff’s courteous guidance at check-in and the owner seeing us off at check-out made our stay truly pleasant.Izu Nagaoka Onsen may be more understated compared with places like Shuzenji Onsen, but this area has personal ties for my family, so I would love to continue supporting this wonderful Accommodation that is working so hard.

A private open-air bath for stargazing and a large public bath with an overwhelming sense of openness. A luxurious hot-spring soak that soothes as you enjoy bathing around.
The Onsen at Fugaku Hanabusa is a renowned Izu Nagaoka hot spring (alkaline simple spring) long cherished as a “beauty bath.” Gentle and low in刺激, it feels soft on the skin, wrapping you in soothing warmth. Our greatest luxury is three private open-air baths—“Saiten,” “Saiun,” and “Saigetsu”—each with its own unique atmosphere. No advance Reservation or extra fees are required; simply enjoy a private soak as many times as you like whenever one is available. By day, take in Izu’s clear blue skies and refreshing breeze; by night, gaze up at a sky full of stars and share an uninterrupted moment of bliss with someone special. We also offer spacious public Onsen baths, “Renpo” and “Saiki.” Step away from the bustle of everyday life and unwind with deep, restorative relaxation.
