[Important] Beware of phishing scams impersonating our Accommodation and Reservation sites

We have confirmed incidents in which suspicious messages (phishing scams) have been sent to guests who have made a Reservation, impersonating our Hotel or various Reservation sites (e.g., Booking.com, Expedia, our official website).
These messages may be sent via email or messaging apps such as WhatsApp and may claim to be for Check Reservation purposes or to reconfirm card details. They contain fraudulent URL links that direct you to malicious phishing (scam) websites.

- We will never ask you by email or messaging apps to re-enter or confirm your credit card information.
- We will never request advance payment or personal information via apps such as WhatsApp.
If you receive any suspicious message, please do not access the URL (link) included under any circumstances.
If you need to Check Reservation details or have any questions, please do not open links in the message. Instead, contact us through the official management screen/message system of each Reservation site, or call us directly.
