[Regarding the COVID-19 Prevention Guidelines] At Hotel Hakuba, we operate with the utmost attention to preventing the spread of infection, based on information provided by the government, relevant ministries, and local authorities. We have established the following COVID-19 prevention guidelines: ■ COVID-19 Prevention Guidelines 1) Installation of alcohol-based sanitizers within the Hotel - Sanitizers are placed at the Hotel entrance, lobby, elevator halls, restrooms, restaurant, public bath, and other locations. 2) Thorough disinfection of Hotel Facilities - Regular disinfection of shared areas such as doorknobs, elevator buttons, handrails, and other frequently touched surfaces within the Hotel. 3) Guestroom cleaning - During room cleaning, adequate ventilation is ensured, and items frequently touched by guests, such as room keys, doorknobs, TV remotes, and telephones, are disinfected to maintain strict hygiene standards. 4) Staff measures - Staff are required to wear masks. - Strict hygiene practices such as handwashing and health monitoring, including temperature checks, are enforced. 5) Avoiding crowded, enclosed, and close-contact situations - Measures are taken to prevent the "Three Cs" (crowded spaces, close-contact settings, and confined spaces) during check-in/out, in the restaurant, public bath, Shuttle Service, and other areas. 6) Requests to guests for infection prevention - Guests are kindly requested to wear masks whenever possible to prevent infection. - Please cooperate with temperature checks using non-contact thermometers. - Alcohol-based sanitizers are available throughout the Property; we appreciate your cooperation in using them. - If you experience symptoms such as fever, cough, or fatigue before your visit, please consult a medical institution. - If you exhibit symptoms such as fever upon arrival, we may decline your stay.
