At our Hotel, we are implementing the following measures to prevent the spread of COVID-19, ensuring that our guests can use our accommodation with peace of mind. We kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation. 【Measures for Staff】 ● All staff members wear masks while serving guests. ● Preventive measures against droplet transmission are in place at the front desk and cashier areas. ● Daily health checks are conducted, and staff with fever or poor health are required to stay home. Staff are also instructed to wear masks during commutes, wash hands frequently, gargle regularly, and sanitize their hands with alcohol-based disinfectants. ● Regular ventilation is carried out throughout the premises. ● Alcohol disinfection is performed on elevators, restrooms, and other frequently touched surfaces in public spaces within the Hotel. ● Guests dining at our restaurant are encouraged to use electronic payment methods whenever possible. Cash or credit card transactions will be handled using a cash tray for safety purposes. 【Requests to Guests】 ● Please wear a mask during your stay at the accommodation. ● Alcohol-based hand sanitizers have been placed throughout the facility; we kindly ask all guests to sanitize their hands when using them. ● For staying guests: Please cooperate with temperature checks and health screenings upon check-in. (If a guest's temperature exceeds 37.5°C during check-in, they will be asked to remain in their room and seek medical attention.) ● Please cooperate by washing your hands and gargling regularly. ● Maintain social distancing within shared spaces of the accommodation. ● If you experience fever or feel unwell before arrival, please refrain from visiting us; notify us immediately if symptoms occur after arrival.
