The location was excellent, and the views of Sanshiro Island and Suruga Bay from the Room, the bath, and the lobby were amazing. There were complimentary drinks and tokoroten available in the free lobby, and the private family bath was open—everything could be used without a Reservation. The night view from the rooftop was also wonderful, and we enjoyed it like a vacation home. The staff service was outstanding as well. We would love to stay again.
石やん505 7/19/2026I’ve been coming here for about three years. The thorough cleaning, delicious meals, and the wonderful open-air bath in the large public bath are all outstanding. The shared spaces are spacious and relaxing, and above all, the hospitality of all the staff who warmly welcome you is exceptional.

Beyond the usual offerings of Onsen and fresh seafood, Ten'yu aims to provide a moment where you can reconnect with nature and rediscover your true self. We invite you to take a stroll along the walking paths within our grounds. Play with the seasons, be moved by their beauty, and surrender yourself to the grandeur of nature. You may find your true self, or perhaps even a new version of yourself.
Relax during check-in at the lobby. The breathtaking scenery, like a painting, never ceases to amaze. From check-in until 9 PM, enjoy complimentary self-service coffee. After dinner, the lighting is dimmed for a serene atmosphere. Feel free to stop by anytime, whether before resting or after breakfast.
The first-floor lounge, "Akekujira," is designed with the image of the sea, while the second-floor lounge evokes the moon, creating a fantastical yet playful atmosphere. Complimentary coffee is available as part of our free service. Feel free to drop by and enjoy a moment of escape from the ordinary while gazing at the ocean. *To prioritize a smooth check-in process, Tenyu does not offer a welcome service. *From 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM, guests can enjoy a special "Kokoroten" jelly service prepared by our head chef, along with complimentary lounge services such as coffee and olive tea, all while taking in the breathtaking views.

The Onsen at Dogashima Hotel Tenyu offers a healing and beautiful bath. Enjoy the feeling of soaking in nature while overlooking the breathtaking scenery of the famous Sanshiro Island.
In this nature-rich area, many farmers practice local production for local consumption, bringing us seasonal blessings from the mountains and seas. We will prepare dishes full of seasonal flavors.
From the basement level 1, you can descend to the private beach via the 'Path of the Tides'. Recommended times are 4:30 PM to 5:00 PM in winter for beautiful sunsets, and in summer, before breakfast to enjoy the refreshing sea breeze.
