An Accommodation where every room offers ocean views overlooking the scenic Sanshiro Island and the Pacific Ocean. Set on a 3,300 m² property, it features a private beach and a scenic promenade. Enjoy sweeping sunset views from the lobby and guest rooms, along with exquisite cuisine made with carefully selected local ingredients.
The location was excellent, and the views of Sanshiro Island and Suruga Bay from the Room, the bath, and the lobby were amazing. There were complimentary drinks and tokoroten available in the free lobby, and the private family bath was open—everything could be used without a Reservation. The night view from the rooftop was also wonderful, and we enjoyed it like a vacation home. The staff service was outstanding as well. We would love to stay again.
石やん505 7/19/2026I’ve been coming here for about three years. The thorough cleaning, delicious meals, and the wonderful open-air bath in the large public bath are all outstanding. The shared spaces are spacious and relaxing, and above all, the hospitality of all the staff who warmly welcome you is exceptional.

Inspired by the moon, our 2nd-floor lounge offers a dreamy atmosphere with a touch of playful charm, complementing the sea-themed 1st-floor lounge “Akekujira.” Complimentary coffee is available. Feel free to stop by and enjoy an extraordinary moment while gazing out at the ocean. *To ensure a smooth check-in experience, Ten-yu does not offer welcome services. *From 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM, we offer complimentary lounge service with house-made tokoroten prepared by our head chef (choice of flavors), along with coffee and olive tea, all while you take in the spectacular view.
Ten-yu is renowned for its breathtaking views, and the scenery from the rooftop is truly exceptional. Named “Ten-en,” after the black kites that sometimes glide so close they seem within reach, riding the wind with effortless grace. A new experience that makes you feel at one with the sweeping ocean panorama.
All rooms were renovated between 2021 and 2024. With a chic new look, you can enjoy the view from the large windows even more beautifully.
The Onsen at Dogashima Hotel Tenyu is a soothing, beautiful hot spring. With the scenic Sanshiro Island spread out below, you can enjoy the feeling of soaking right in the midst of breathtaking nature.
Blessed with abundant nature, the area is home to many farmers who practice farm-to-table, bringing us seasonal gifts from both the mountains and the sea throughout the year. We prepare dishes that fully capture the flavors of each season.
From Basement Level 1, you can head down to the private beach via the “Shiosai no Komichi” seaside path. The recommended time to go is 4:30–5:00 PM in winter, when the sunset is beautiful, and before breakfast in summer, when the sea breeze feels refreshing.
