  • A Heartfelt Accommodation

    Relaxed and enjoyed the Onsen at a leisurely pace. The quality of the spring water was excellent, and both the indoor and open-air baths were delightful. It was an incredibly luxurious experience. The Shinshu salmon and Shinshu beef were delicious. The fresh spring water drawn from the rocks was also very tasty, and I had some to take with me. This accommodation truly embodies heartfelt hospitality. I would love to visit this accommodation again.

The Onsen at Tsuruyas is a natural hot spring, 100% free-flowing from its own private source. Its milky white color changes depending on the weather and the number of guests, reflecting nature's influence. Unusually for a cloudy Onsen, it has an almost neutral pH with high sulfur and carbonic acid content, offering one of the gentlest textures in Shirahone Onsen. Enjoy the unique "expression of the water" each day and its silky smooth touch.

    Accordingly, guests staying at our Accommodation will be required to pay the Accommodation Tax in addition to the Accommodation Fee.
