【Kamishika Resort COVID-19 Measures Summary】 Thank you for always choosing Ogawara Onsen Kamishika-so. At Kamishika-so, we prioritize the safety and peace of mind of our guests and have implemented the following measures. 【Guest Room Cleaning】 - Alcohol disinfection is performed on room amenities during cleaning. - After cleaning, a disinfectant containing hypochlorous acid is sprayed to purify the air. 【Inside the Property】 - Shields are installed at the front desk to prevent droplet transmission during face-to-face interactions. - Alcohol disinfection is conducted on the front desk, lounge tables, and rest areas. - Items provided to guests (card keys, key cases, etc.) are disinfected with alcohol. - Disinfectant is placed at the Hotel entrance, restaurant entrance, banquet hall entrance, and Onsen entrance. 【Restaurant】 - Lunch Service: Seating is spaced out, and the number of guests entering is limited. Windows will be slightly opened for ventilation during restaurant hours. Takeout menus will continue to be available. - Dinner Service: For the time being, the restaurant "Gensokyo" will be available only to staying guests to ensure social distancing. Lunch service will operate as usual. - Dinner for Staying Guests: Seating will be spaced out as much as possible. Banquet halls may be used as needed at the discretion of the Property. - The salad bar previously offered at the restaurant has been discontinued and replaced with individual servings. Additionally, the breakfast buffet with traditional side dishes for staying guests has been replaced with individual servings. 【Banquet Hall】 - The number of groups and guests accepted per day will be limited. 【Shuttle Service】 - After each Shuttle Service, the interior and seats of the bus will be disinfected with alcohol. - Guests are requested to wear masks while boarding. 【Onsen】 - To avoid crowding, the number of guests allowed will be limited as determined by the Property. - Groups of 10 or more are requested to refrain from using the facility. - From June onwards, day-use Onsen hours will be shortened temporarily. Please check the latest updates on the Kamishika-so website. - Locker keys will be disinfected with alcohol upon return. - Alcohol disinfectant is available at the washroom area for guests to use at any time. - The sauna room will be closed. 【Staff】 - All staff will wear masks while on duty. - Temperature checks will be conducted upon reporting to work, and staff with high temperatures will not work and will follow appropriate measures. - Hand disinfection with alcohol will be strictly enforced during work. - Masks may be removed during outdoor tasks. 【Campground】 - Toilets/showers will be disinfected with alcohol after cleaning. - Cabins will be disinfected with alcohol after cleaning.
