If a temperature of 37.5°C or higher is detected, we will ask you to refrain from staying. ・During your stay at the Hotel, we request that you wear a mask in public spaces. ・Please bring your own mask when visiting the Property. ・If you feel unwell during your stay, please inform our staff immediately. 【2】Efforts Throughout the Property ・Protective shields are installed at counters in areas such as the front desk, restaurant, and shop to prevent droplet transmission. ・We request that elevator use be limited to 4 people or one group at a time. ・Some Facilities may be closed, have reduced operating hours, or have entry restrictions. 【3】Restaurant Measures ・We request hand sanitization and mask-wearing upon entering the restaurant. ・Seating arrangements are made with ample spacing between tables. ・To alleviate congestion, dinner and breakfast are served at staggered times. ・Tables and chairs are wiped down with disinfectant to enhance hygiene. ・Both dinner and breakfast are served as individual portions. 【4】Guest Rooms and Public Spaces ・Guest rooms are thoroughly ventilated and disinfected before check-in. ・Public spaces are regularly disinfected and ventilated, with disinfectant placed in various locations. 【5】Efforts in the Large Public Bath ・To reduce congestion, we provide updates on the crowd status of the large public bath. ・The number of changing baskets is reduced, and entry is restricted. ・The sauna room has limitations on the number of users and usage time. 【6】Employee Health Management ・Health checks and temperature screenings are conducted at the start of shifts. Additionally, employees are required to regularly wash hands, gargle, sanitize hands, and wear masks. 【7】Shuttle Service ・We request hand sanitization and mask-wearing when boarding the Shuttle Service. ・After guests disembark, the vehicle is thoroughly ventilated and cleaned with disinfectant.
