Japanese Sake Sommelier

A Japanese sake sommelier has visited approximately 500 breweries across The whole country and will recommend the most suitable sake from around 600 bottles in stock, verified by their own palate.

Are you exploring the "delicious ways to enjoy alcohol" with your own palate? Instead of blindly trusting what is written in magazines or other media, it is important to experience it yourself while using that information as a guide. As a Sake Educator, the highest qualification in sake expertise, and an SSI-certified taster, I offer you "truly enjoyable ways to drink sake" that go beyond common knowledge. That's right, it's not just about "delicious sake," but also about the "delicious ways to enjoy it." A key aspect of this is the skill of pairing food and sake harmoniously. Additionally, by "knowing" the atmosphere of the place where you drink, the backstories of the people involved in creating the sake and dishes, you can enhance the experience from your mind as well. Those who have a rich heart and can savor dense moments will find their appreciation of the flavors multiplied. We often hear delightful feedback such as, "The flavors have expanded! I even learned to enjoy sake I thought I disliked!" Why not discover new ways to enjoy sake during your stay at our Property?

As a Japanese sake sommelier, I bring magic to everyone. The same sake can double its impact depending on the "way of drinking." For over 10 years, I have visited breweries and practiced, offering the "culmination of flavors" to customers daily.
