For those visiting for conferences or business trips, we hope you can relax and feel at home. For solo travelers, families, friends, or couples... we aim to support you in making each journey a memorable one. If you see the hostess, feel free to talk to her about your travels, daily stress, or anything else on your mind. On the first floor, we always have organically grown herbal water and cold tea available in the refrigerator for you to enjoy. Additionally, we have prepared tea, coffee, Japanese tea, and other warm beverages along with hot water for your convenience. Please feel free to help yourself. To accompany your tea, we also provide small treats such as sweets, chocolates, and candies.
There are two types of Room: a Japanese-style room of 8 tatami mats and a spacious room with two 8-tatami rooms, a tokonoma, a veranda corridor, and snow-viewing shoji overlooking a small garden.

Kyoto ranks second after Kobe in bread consumption per household. Known for its traditional Japanese image, Kyoto boasts over 300 bakeries. We have carefully selected Kyoto's unique and delicate breads.

| Others | *Please Read Before Making a Reservation* 【Gratitude for the Connection!】 Please visit our Property, a small traditional house in Kyoto, with the feeling of staying at a relative's home. Today's Property exists thanks to the connections and support of those who share or seem likely to share the values of our establishment. If you feel that the values of our Property, yourself, and your companions can align, we would be delighted to connect with you for purposes such as sightseeing, academic conferences, business trips, weddings, or anniversary travels. Currently, the 8-tatami mat Japanese-style room on the second floor is exclusively for "solo travelers," featuring a tea-ceremony-style entrance and a washbasin with hot water next to the entrance. |
| About Hygiene Measures | [Requests for Guests]
We kindly ask for your cooperation with non-contact temperature checks (optional and depending on the situation) and wearing masks.
You may also be asked to disinfect your hands, fingers, and clothing using the alcohol sanitizer provided at the inner entrance. Antiviral and antibacterial sheets are applied to doorknobs and handrails. For areas without these sheets, disinfectant wipes and sprays are available.
An acrylic panel is installed in the living room (used for check-in, breakfast, and conversations) to prevent droplet transmission.
A large ion-plasma cluster air purifier operates 24 hours a day in the hallway in front of the first-floor courtyard.
The restrooms on the first and second floors are equipped with motion-sensor lights and plasma cluster ion generators for disinfection.
After each group uses the bath and washroom, we clean and disinfect the area before the next guest's use. Please note that there may be a waiting time until the preparation is complete.
To ensure proper ventilation, we turn off air conditioners without ventilation functions and open windows, using fans or circulators for air circulation until check-in or during your time outside. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
[Additional Request]
Please note that there are limits to our disinfection measures. We recommend bringing any items you deem necessary. For reference, we provide items such as indoor slippers, sleepwear, and towels for our guests. |
