Measures Against COVID-19 We are implementing the following measures to prevent the spread of COVID-19. We kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation. 1) Measures within the facility ・All staff members will wear masks at all times. ・All staff members will regularly wash their hands and sanitize them with alcohol. ・We are strengthening disinfection and cleaning within the facility by regularly sanitizing frequently touched areas (Room door handles, switches, remote controls, elevator buttons, doors, etc.) with alcohol. ・Alcohol sanitizing pumps are installed in shared areas such as the lobby and hallways, as well as in each Room. ・Notices encouraging the use of sanitizing pumps are displayed. ・The facility is ventilated at all times, including during cleaning, by opening windows and doors. Additionally, all Room windows can be opened and closed (with screens), allowing you to ventilate freely. 2) Meal service ・We provide a private dining Room (a Japanese-style private Room for both dinner and breakfast) separate from your accommodation Room for each guest. 3) Requests to our guests ・We kindly ask for your cooperation in using alcohol sanitizers upon arrival. ・For luggage with casters, we will wipe down the caster areas with alcohol sanitizers. ・Please make use of the alcohol sanitizers installed throughout the facility as needed. ・If you have symptoms such as fever, cough, difficulty breathing, fatigue, or any abnormalities in your sense of smell or taste, please refrain from going out.
