Established in the 3rd year of Bunkyū, this is the oldest Ryokan on Awaji Island. Dishes made with fresh ingredients are served in private rooms for a relaxed dining experience. The specialty is "Tai-men," a whole sea bream served on a large platter. Despite its grand appearance, it offers a light and refreshing taste, making it a satisfying delicacy.
This was our first stay, and the hostess was very warm and welcoming. We felt truly at home, and it was a wonderful Accommodation.The conger eel course was a bit too much for us in our 70s, so we couldn’t finish the final clay pot rice. They kindly made it into rice balls for us, and we enjoyed it very much.Next time, we would love to visit again for the 3-year-aged pufferfish.
旅好きりんご 9/6/2026The Onsen water had a very silky, slippery feel—unlike anything I’ve experienced before—and it was wonderful.Since it was before Golden Week, there were very few guests and it was quiet, so I could relax.Dinner was extremely luxurious, and I’m sorry I couldn’t finish it all.I would recommend this place to anyone who loves Onsen.

Enjoy Yabu Man's seasonal ingredients ～ Our specialty dish 【Tai Men】! ～
Our signature dish, featuring sea bream raised in mineral-rich fishing grounds and "Hine" hand-stretched somen noodles simmered in broth and served in a large bowl, originated as a traditional celebratory dish. It was introduced by our third-generation proprietress with the hope of becoming a memorable part of our guests' journeys.
Fresh sea bream from the turbulent currents of the Naruto Strait. Enjoy sashimi, hearty fisherman's-style grilled dishes, and our signature "Tai-men," featuring grilled sea bream and aged somen noodles cooked in a flavorful broth, originating from our establishment.
Speaking of hamo, South Awaji comes to mind. Freshly caught in the Kitan Strait, hamo features thin skin and plump, tender flesh. The exquisite taste of "Hamo Suki," blending the sweetness of onions with the broth, is unparalleled. Hamo liver is enhanced with our special homemade ponzu sauce. Additionally, at our establishment, you can enjoy various delightful hamo dishes, such as boiled hamo or hamo sushi.
Fukura's fugu is widely known as the branded "3-Year Torafugu." In mineral-rich fishing grounds, it is carefully raised over three years instead of the usual two. The larger, plumper fish offers a rich flavor and firm texture, making it a delicacy comparable to wild-caught fugu.
Meals are served in your Room or a private dining room exclusively for you, allowing you to savor the seasonal flavors of Awaji Island.
We offer 17 traditional Japanese-style Rooms. Please relax on the tatami mats. There is only one Western-style Room available on the town side.
Soak in the silky smooth waters and enjoy soft, radiant skin after bathing. This is an Onsen you'll want to visit again and again.

・For luggage with casters, we will wipe down the caster areas with alcohol sanitizers.
・Please make use of the alcohol sanitizers installed throughout the facility as needed.
・If you have symptoms such as fever, cough, difficulty breathing, fatigue, or any abnormalities in your sense of smell or taste, please refrain from going out. |
