[Measures Against COVID-19]
- Disinfectant is provided in the lobby, elevator hall, shared spaces, and restrooms.
- We are wiping down elevator buttons, handrails in corridors, doorknobs, etc., with disinfectant.
- In guest rooms, we are wiping down light switches, remote controls, telephones with disinfectant.
- We have removed sample tasting from the shop.
- Some employees are wearing masks.
- We conduct health management checks before work to thoroughly understand employees' health conditions.
We are also enhancing hygiene by wiping down other areas with disinfectant.
[Request for Facility Use Restrictions Due to COVID-19 Spread]
We sincerely thank you for your continued patronage of Okunikko Yumoto Onsen Yumoto Itaya (Okunikko Yumoto Onsen Yumoto Itaya).
In response to the state of emergency declared in Tochigi Prefecture due to the spread of COVID-19,
we have decided to restrict our Facility and services as follows:
First and foremost, we believe it is important to protect ourselves from such infectious diseases,
and we have been implementing measures such as gargling, hand washing,
disinfection of hands and fingers,
wearing masks,
disinfecting inside the Property,
and temperature checks for staff.
On the other hand,
we consider that cooperation from all visitors is indispensable.
We deeply apologize and feel distressed for those who were looking forward
to their trip or using our Onsen;
however,
we kindly ask for your understanding as these measures are necessary
to protect you and your families from this situation.
Furthermore,
regarding the period of facility use restrictions,
we will inform you again based on the status of infection spread containment.

Details
1. Restriction on Banquet Hall Use
For now, we will not allow use of banquet halls.
2. Restriction on Lounge Bar Use
For now,"Evergreen" lounge bar inside will be closed temporarily.
3. Restriction on Facility Use Including Non-Staying Guests Using Onsen Facilities
For now,we will not allow day-use including non-staying guests at our Property's facilities.
4. Restriction on Entering Indoors With Shoes
For now,you must change into indoor shoes provided by us at entrance,and leave outdoor shoes at entrance shoe box.(Bringing outdoor shoes into guest rooms is prohibited)
5. During check-in,a staff member may inquire about your physical condition.If symptoms like fever appear,your stay may be denied.Also,during stay if symptoms like fever appear please promptly report it to staff immediately.
