Centered around the bright and energetic young hostess, the staff includes a variety of individuals such as surfers who deeply love the Izu sea and trainees from top international companies working for a few weeks. Except for some Rooms equipped with beds, futons are self-service. Meals are also partially self-service, so it may not suit those seeking fully catered services. However, the Property takes great care in hospitality, such as sourcing only pesticide-free vegetables and selecting Izu's specialty "kinmedai" (golden eye snapper) weighing over 1.2kg with rich flavor, ensuring guests' satisfaction.
