A creative Japanese Kaiseki meal crafted by our head chef, Hiroshi Kamijo, to offer something special in the land of Suwa. This exquisite dining experience features an abundance of fresh ingredients from the beautiful Lake Suwa and the bountiful Shinshu region. It is designed to let you fully immerse yourself in the essence of "Shinshu, Suwa." Inspired by the timeless wisdom and artistry of Japan, this seasonal farm-to-table cuisine is what we call "Mikozen."

The "Mikobzen" dining course at Kamisuwa Onsen Shinyu changes its menu four times a year to reflect the seasons: spring, summer, autumn, and winter. Additionally, the "Tokiiro Monogatari" dish within the course features 24 variations throughout the year, showcasing the care and dedication of our chefs.

About Allergy Accommodations At Kamisuwa Onsen Shinyu, we have established the following three policies so that guests with allergies can enjoy their meals as safely as possible. 1. [Allergens We Can Accommodate (6 items)] We can accommodate only six of the seven specified allergens, excluding wheat: eggs, milk, shrimp, crab, peanuts, and buckwheat. If you would like this accommodation, please inform us when making your Reservation. * Please note that wheat cannot be removed because it is included in essential seasonings used in Shinshu cuisine, such as soy sauce and miso. * We are unable to accommodate ingredients other than the six items listed above. 2. [No Guarantee & Bringing Your Own Meals] Because we use the same kitchen for dishes that may contain allergens, we cannot guarantee complete removal of allergens. If you require complete elimination for safety reasons, please refrain from dining with us. Only when we are unable to provide meals due to allergies or similar reasons, guests may bring their own meals; please contact us in advance in such cases. 3. [Requests Accepted Up to 1 Week Before Check-in] If you would like allergen removal accommodations, please contact us at least one week before your stay. * Requests made shortly before arrival cannot be accommodated. * If you have any questions, please contact us directly by phone or email.
