[Newly Built Resort Hotel Grand Opening in August 2025] “Mui Shizen” comes from the teachings of Laozi, an ancient Chinese philosopher, and means living as you are—without artifice. Surrounded by Atami’s abundant nature, take in sweeping views of Sagami Bay and surrender to the Onsen, a gift from the earth. At dinner, we carefully bring out the true appeal of each thoughtfully raised ingredient, so you can savor it at its most delicious moment. Immerse yourself in nature and enjoy time spent just as your heart desires. ■Dining Dinner: Creative French Cuisine For guests who make a Reservation on or after September 15, 2026, the dinner course includes a celebratory glass of Champagne (or non-alcoholic sparkling wine) and mineral water (sparkling or still). Breakfast: Japanese Set Meal ■Champagne Hour (15:00–18:00) We offer Champagne; red and white wine; a selection of local beers; local herbal tea & coffee; soft drinks; and more. Enjoy a relaxing moment with a glass in hand as you gaze at the greenery framed by our large windows and the calm water beyond.
