    Thank you again for your wonderful hospitality. Unlike last time, we were able to admire many different faces of Mt. Fuji, and it was an unforgettable experience that filled us with happiness. We were simply amazed by this flawless Accommodation—from the spotless Room and heartfelt service to every dish—and we are sure that not only Japanese guests but also international visitors will come to love Japan even more.

  • This stay exceeded a...

    This stay exceeded all expectations—everything was wonderful. The one-year-old Facility and Room felt new and refreshing, making it comfortable and relaxing. Needless to say, the view was stunning, but the garden connecting the scenery and the building was also exceptional. Unfortunately, on the first day it was cloudy and we couldn’t see Mt. Fuji, but the beautifully maintained greenery of the garden was soothing. The cuisine was also beyond expectations: the soup had a rich bonito aroma and was truly delicious, and even the signature tuna cutlet was far more refined than I had imagined. Even the sweets were crafted with great care—an unexpectedly impressive dish. What impressed me most during my stay was the outstanding hospitality. In our Room there was a welcome message card from the proprietress, and true to its words—“from all of us with heartfelt sincerity”—everyone we encountered, including the Shuttle Service driver, our guide to the Room (a staff member from Nepal), and all staff who served us at dinner and breakfast in the dining area, showed professionalism and thoughtful attention that made us very happy. It also felt symbolic of this wonderful stay that for a few hours early in the morning at checkout time, the sky cleared completely and we were able to see Mt. Fuji in its majestic form stretching out at its base. I would love to visit again to see Mt. Fuji capped with snow as well.
