This 120-year-old historic building, restored around the theme of “kirei-sabi”—a refined beauty where tranquility and vibrancy coexist—offers a serene, atmospheric retreat despite facing a street bustling with tourists. The second-floor living room, where you can enjoy seasonal views such as autumn foliage and spring cherry blossoms, features an adjoining mini bar—perfect for savoring Kyoto’s changing seasons with your favorite drink in hand.




This entire house is ideal for multi-generational families, friends, and group trips. It features two distinct living rooms (one on each of the 1st and 2nd floors), four bedrooms of varying sizes including a master bedroom, and two bathrooms, along with well-equipped Facilities for a comfortable stay. In the 1st-floor living room overlooking the garden, you can relax at your leisure—enjoy catered Kyoto cuisine and even experience traditional geiko/maiko entertainment.
