    We stayed with three family members and one dog.Thank you very much for the delicious meals and the kind, attentive staff.It was raining heavily at dinner time, and when we were having trouble, you kindly drove us to and from the dining venue, Pinon, which was a great help. Thank you.However, we were disappointed that Wi-Fi did not connect in the Room we stayed in; we would appreciate it if this could be improved.Also, if possible, it would be even better if dogs could do Child Sharing Existing Bedding with their owners.We would definitely like to stay again.

  • I’d love to stay here again.

    I’ve stayed at many Accommodations with my pet, but there are actually not that many where I truly felt, “I want to stay here again.” This is one of those rare places.What impressed me most was the warm and attentive service from all the staff. Throughout our stay, we felt genuinely welcomed and well cared for.Since we visited on a hot day, the complimentary drinks were especially appreciated.The Onsen at Matsumotoro was also very relaxing, and we were extremely satisfied with the breakfast buffet.This time we traveled with my elderly parents as well, and thanks to the thoughtful attention to detail, our whole family was able to spend a comfortable time. It became a wonderful travel memory with our dog. We would love to visit again.

    For Reservations received from June 1 onward, the cancellation policies for Hotel Matsumotoro, Western-style Ryokan Pinon, and Doggy Suite Pero will be revised and standardized.

    The changes are as follows:

    Cancellations 3–2 days prior: 30% of the Accommodation Fee
    (Only for Western-style Ryokan Pinon: cancellations 5–2 days prior: 30% of the Accommodation Fee)

    Cancellation on the day before: 50% of the Accommodation Fee

    Same-day cancellation / No Show: 100% of the Accommodation Fee

In response, we fully renovated a Ryokan that had been purchased after it closed and reopened it as an Accommodation where guests can stay with their beloved dogs—entrusting operations to staff who truly love dogs.

    That’s why this Accommodation puts dogs first. Guests say, “This really is an Accommodation made for dogs,” and its reputation is exceptionally high—some guests have stayed as many as five times in just six months.
