Comfortable!
We stayed for one night with our dog.The dog’s name tag was adorable. We were very satisfied with the meals, the Room, the bath, and the complimentary drink service—it was so comfortable that it made us want to stay another night. Since it was raining, we didn’t go to Matsumotoro’s baths, but we’re already talking about going next time.

Meals, Bathing Facilities
It was a Plan with meals included. We enjoyed a course dinner at a nearby sister Accommodation. While many dog-friendly Accommodations have disappointing food, this trip let us enjoy delicious cuisine and an Onsen. They also lent us items like dog shampoo, so both our family and our dog could fully enjoy the meals and the Onsen. This is an Accommodation we would love to visit again. Next time, we’d like to enjoy dining at Pelo.

Located under a covered piloti, it can be used even on rainy days. A dedicated washing area is also available. Additionally, the surrounding area offers several places where your dog can run freely in nature, such as "Ikaho Green Bokujo" and "World Famous Dog Ranch," making it an ideal destination for traveling with your beloved pet. Available hours: 07:00–20:00 *Please note that this is not a private facility and may be used by other guests as well.

Enjoy the natural Onsen of Ikaho with your beloved dog.

Each room's balcony features an open-air bath filled with the waters of Ikaho Onsen. A separate bathtub for your beloved dog is also provided nearby. The colorless and gentle "Shirogane no Yu" is a pet-friendly hot spring. Enjoy a relaxing time with your furry friend in the fresh, clear air.

Enjoy meals in the same space as your beloved dog with healthy, dog-friendly menu options.

Enjoy delicious meals with your beloved dog. For your dog's breakfast, we provide easily digestible goat milk and goat milk bread. For Reservations received from June 1 onward, the cancellation policies for Hotel Matsumotoro, Western-style Ryokan Pinon, and Doggy Suite Pero will be revised and standardized.

The changes are as follows:
