    To express my gratitude to my wife on our 34th wedding anniversary, we stayed at a Hotel we had long admired.After contacting them in advance, the staff prepared handwritten congratulatory messages and a bed arrangement with an ornament made from bath towels.The staff were warm and unpretentious—nothing like the stiff atmosphere you sometimes find at luxury Hotels—and every dish in the club lounge was high quality and delicious. We were able to relax and enjoy our stay exactly as we had hoped, and my wife was very satisfied.
