The staff service and Room cleanliness were also impeccable, making my stay very comfortable. My only concern was that the Room was a bit small, but otherwise I was satisfied. I would like to stay here again when I visit Osaka.

The front desk and lobby, previously located on the 1st floor, have been relocated to the 19th floor. Designed around the theme of “refined quality with attention to detail,” the lobby offers scenic views and a spacious, relaxing atmosphere. To ensure an even safer stay at our Hotel, we have introduced an elevator security system. When accessing the guestroom floors (21st–27th floors), you will need to hold your room key card over the card reader inside the elevator.

Exclusive to Granvia Floor guests, the “Floor Lounge” welcomes you with exceptional hospitality, including a drink corner with baked sweets and snacks, checkout service, and a library corner. We also offer a premium space that combines comfort and functionality, featuring beds from leading manufacturers and bathrooms equipped with an in-bath sound system, a washing area, and a rain shower (in some rooms).
