  • A Hotel with a Delicious Buffet

    We stayed here for our first overnight trip as a family with our 1-year-old daughter.The buffet meals were delicious both in the morning and at night, and the Room was spacious, making it a great trip.The large public bath was also spacious and relaxing, but when we used the shower station at the very end, we noticed some fairly extensive mold on the ceiling.What concerned us most, however, was that there was an old smell throughout the entire building (separate from any fragrance).We personally felt that if all wallpaper—including in the Room—were replaced, the odor would likely be much less noticeable.Overall, we think the services are well provided.If we could ask for one thing, we would be happy if the large public bath were open until midnight.We would definitely like to use the restaurant again if we have another opportunity.

  • This was my second stay!

    I stayed here previously with two friends for a casual get-together, and the food was delicious, so I wanted to come again.This time, our family of seven stayed here.Just like last time, the meals were delicious and very satisfying.Since it was Golden Week, I wasn’t sure what to expect, but the staff’s service at check-in and various measures such as designated dining times were well thought out and appreciated.Next time, I’d like to stay at a Mercure in a different prefecture.The only disappointment was that there was no coffee milk for sale after the bath—I’d love it if you could offer it.
