A seaside resort where time flows peacefully at the foot of Amanohashidate, one of Japan’s Three Scenic Views.

Mercure Kyoto Miyazu Resort & Spa is perched on a hill with a panoramic, straight-on view of Amanohashidate, a Special Place of Scenic Beauty and one of Japan’s Three Scenic Views. It also offers easy access to attractive destinations such as Fukuchiyama City, a castle town associated with the Sengoku warlord Akechi Mitsuhide, and Yosano Town, known for Tango chirimen silk. Enjoy a relaxing and restful stay. ■Lounge access included for all guest rooms. Enjoy sparkling wine, beer and other alcoholic beverages, as well as coffee, juice, herb water and other soft drinks, plus snacks. ■An “All-Inclusive” stay to enjoy at your own pace. At this Hotel, we recommend our All-Inclusive Plan that includes dinner and breakfast; drinks at the buffet restaurant and lounge; Onsen access; activities; and more in the Accommodation Fee. From the soothing fragrance you notice upon arrival to local cuisine and activities throughout your stay, enjoy the area’s nature, culture, and traditions freely and to your heart’s content. *Some drinks and activities are available for an additional fee. Lunch is not provided. *In addition to All-Inclusive (dinner & breakfast included), we also offer Breakfast Included plans and No Meals Included plans.

  • The lobby level and shared areas were very stylish. The room wasn’t brand-new, but it was spacious with a great view, well cleaned, and very comfortable. The breakfast and dinner buffets offered a wide variety of dishes, and everything tasted excellent. Overall, it was a very satisfying stay.

  • It was a hot day, so right after arriving at the Hotel, I enjoyed a delicious beer in the lounge. The kids were happy too because they could have juice and snacks. Everyone at the Hotel was kind, and we were very satisfied. If I had to mention something, it was a bit inconvenient when the dining venue was in the second hall, and I felt the bed springs were a little soft. We’d like to visit again.
