  • Amazing!!!!!

    I love traveling and stay at various Hotels across different prefectures, and this was the best Hotel I’ve ever stayed at!!After check-in, snacks and drinks were all-you-can-eat and drink, manga was unlimited, and although I didn’t use it myself, there were plenty of spaces for kids to play—so you never get bored during your stay!The breakfast buffet had everything from Nagano specialties to Japanese, Western, and Chinese dishes—there wasn’t enough time or stomach space to try it all (lol).From check-in to check-out, it was truly an amazing experience!!When I visit Nagano again, I will definitely make another Reservation!!!

  • It was wonderful.

    It was wonderful.I had a family grave visit in Minami-Shinshu, so I made a Reservation at Grand Mercure and decided to go a bit farther up.The view was amazing, it was cool and comfortable, and the food was delicious.My wife says she wants to stay at Grand Mercure every time, so we’d love to visit again.

    To help ease crowding during dinner and breakfast hours, guests are asked to issue their own “Dinner Ticket / Breakfast Ticket” using the system located next to the restaurant after check-in.
    * Ticket numbers are issued within a range based on the restaurant’s seating capacity.
