  • A wonderful Mercure Hotel Matsushiro with access to the lounge and market as well

    I chose Mercure Hotel Matsushiro for my first stay in Nagano Prefecture.I decided after checking the Reviews, and it turned out to be an even better Hotel than the ratings suggested.The front desk staff were very professional and helpful, which made a big difference.We were able to enjoy complimentary services not only in the lounge but also in front of the first-floor reception area. The spacious lounge on the third floor was often full, so it would be great if guests could take drinks and snacks back to their Room when no seats are available.Dinner and breakfast time slots could be selected on a tablet, so we could see how busy it was in advance and everything went very smoothly.A marché event was also held in the Hotel lobby, and we enjoyed taking photos with “6 Monkey” as well as buying plenty of local oyaki dumplings and fresh farm produce.There were also children’s events at the tennis courts, which our child really enjoyed.We had a relaxing, unhurried, and comfortable stay at Mercure Hotel Matsushiro, and we would love to stay again. Thank you.
