  • It was a wonderful accommodation.

    We were pleasantly surprised when the staff noticed my daughter's left-handedness during the welcome dessert and set her cutlery accordingly for dinner. With delicious meals, attentive service from the staff, and a serene atmosphere at the accommodation, we were able to relax completely. It was a truly memorable stay, and we are deeply grateful. 1. We do not waive the Cancellation Fee. An exception will be made only if circumstances arise that prevent us from operating. Thank you for your understanding.

2. For everyone’s safety, guests with a fever of 37.5°C or higher, coughing, or other symptoms are kindly asked to refrain from staying with us to help prevent the spread of infection to other guests.

3. Meal service is limited to three groups per day. If no two-meal Plan appears on the date-specific Plan search page, we are unable to provide meals on that date.

3. Complimentary in-room refrigerator items differ between guests on the two-meal Plan and those on the No Meals Included Plan; however, please feel free to enjoy them at your leisure (free of charge).

4. We do not offer options such as birthday plates. For anniversary celebrations, we offer an Anniversary Plan (limited to two groups per day); please select this Plan when making your Reservation.
Please note that we cannot accommodate anniversary options for guests on the No Meals Included Plan. In addition, to prevent damage to the Room, bringing in decorations or cakes by guests is strictly prohibited. Thank you for your understanding.

Important: This is a free-flowing hot spring bath; however, from 12:30 a.m. to 5:00 a.m., we will stop the hot spring water supply to secure the source flow volume. *No hot spring water will be available during this time.* When you go to sleep, please be sure to turn off the Onsen faucet. If you leave the Onsen running until early morning, it may run dry and stop flowing by the next morning. Thank you for your cooperation. In Rooms 301, 303, 305, 306, and 308, the water is heated 24 hours a day, so there is no issue with soaking after midnight. In each Room, showers may be used freely during your stay.

About Hygiene Measures
Check-in time is from 4:00 PM, and check-out time is by 10:00 AM. For a Multiple Night Stay of up to the third night, housekeeping will be no-service. Trash will be collected around 11:00 AM only. Towel sets and beverages will be prepared in advance in your Room.
