I can only describe it with simple words like wonderful smiles and warm hospitality, but the harmony of Thai and Kyoto culture near Kyoto Station was truly impressive. Not over the top or intrusive—just right, and exactly as expected. It made me want to come back again soon. The autumn-leaves sushi was exquisite.
禁煙室当たり前でしょ 7/20/2026I had visited the restaurant several times, but this was my first stay at the Hotel. As soon as I entered the entrance, I was greeted by a soothing fragrance. The lobby also had a calm atmosphere and felt very luxurious. Everyone on staff welcomed me with a smile and was very pleasant, which made me feel comfortable. Even among Hotels in a similar price range—some international chains don’t offer services like carrying luggage at check-in—they kindly carried my bags all the way to my Room. Also, when I asked for a charger at night, they brought extra water and additional amenities as well, even though I hadn’t requested them, which truly impressed me. I really liked this luxurious Hotel with attentive service throughout. The location is just a short taxi ride from the station, but it’s a bit far from central areas like Shijo, so it felt slightly inconvenient. Other than that, it was flawless—a Hotel I would want to visit again and again.
