    Last year, I stayed here with my parents, who use wheelchairs, and we were truly well taken care of. I wanted to bring them to an Onsen they love while they were recuperating, and we chose this place because the Room had a bath and it was barrier-free. The Room was very relaxing, and the food was exceptional—they kept saying “So good, so good!” as they ate with delight. Late at night, my father and I also enjoyed the complimentary ramen and ice cream together. We had a wonderful time.After that, my father passed away, so this year we stayed again in his memory. At dinner, you kindly prepared a set meal for him as well—rice, miso soup, and more—and I was so moved by this unexpected gesture that tears overflowed. We displayed his photo, shared memories of him, and enjoyed the meal.The Facility is wonderful, but above all else, thank you for your heartfelt hospitality.I would love to stay again!

    We stayed here on a family trip and were extremely satisfied with our stay!!First, the private open-air bath in the Room was wonderful, and we enjoyed a truly luxurious time—so much so that the in-room bath alone would have been more than enough. In addition, the large public bath offered hot stone spa beds, a sauna, a relaxing open-air bath, and various types of baths, allowing us to fully unwind from our travels.The meals exceeded our expectations as well—both dinner and breakfast were delicious. We enjoyed not only fresh seafood but also Hokkaido specialties such as wild mountain vegetables, and every dish was satisfying.Most impressive of all was the warm and attentive service from the staff. We felt comfortable everywhere in the Accommodation, and the stay itself became a special memory.The Onsen, dining, and hospitality were all outstanding across the board—this was a wonderful Accommodation that we would definitely like to stay at again when visiting Jozankei.Thank you for such a lovely time!!!
