Thank you for taking care of us for two nights. I chose this Accommodation on the recommendation of a friend who works at a travel agency, and the hospitality was outstanding. Because I’m not comfortable in enclosed spaces, I thought I had selected a larger Room, but it didn’t have much depth and I started to feel a bit uneasy, so you kindly guided me to a more spacious Room. You showed me several Rooms and helped me choose one that made me feel at ease—I can’t thank you enough.The meals and the bath were wonderful as well, but above all, the service was exceptional. The front desk staff member was truly warm and personable. I would love to stay again. Thank you very much.
I stayed with my dog. The Hotel was spotless and comfortable throughout. Many paintings by Masami Kanma are displayed inside, making it feel like a small art museum. I also appreciated the ice cream after the bath. The creative Japanese cuisine was delicious across the board. I usually imagine there are more female staff, but this Hotel had many male staff members, and everyone was very gentlemanly, pleasant, and kind. I’d love to stay again. Thank you for your hospitality!
